Think as U Think...

Hi everyone,
I am not a regular writer of blog, but some
times you need a place, where you can express your self......
Oh getting boar, just trying to write like those renowned writers. :)
Ok....
Guys few days ago v heard news a software guy come 2 end up with his life, reason- STRESS, TENSION. Is this true, that v have so much tension that we cant find a even better solution 2 get rid out of this. People suggest do Yoga, Meditation, but is this sufficient? Is Yoga, meditation are like Disprin, take in morning, and whole day work like donkey, right??
Guys yoga, meditation r part of solutiøn, but not absolute solution.
Then what v can do?
Remember ur college days, when u were with ur friends on katta, shared ur thoughts, that comments.....
After joined ur work, how many of u, how many times, met ur old friends personally, in spite sending them sms, mails.
Guys take out some time, from your busy schedule, spend it with ur loved ones, go for outing, trekking with them.

Have a thought on this "Love urself"
Something different or unusual??
Neither different nor unusual, think....


Think u r loving yourself....this doesn't mean u r self centered, or busy in urself...but this means knowing urself, knowing d internal, eternal, power of Love.
Once u know this, everything looks happy, world seems positive. And then everything will happen according to u, then u will be more active in ur work, u become more productive, and if u r productive then u as well as others will also happy. This is Win-Win situation.
That's why fall in love with urself.

Have u ever been given gift to urself??
A löng awaited work, when u complete by taking initiative, give gift to urself. It just not limited with gift but u can do what u like. If u want to sleep for whole day, just do it. :)

Thats why Chetan also said(wahi yaar Chetan Bhagat) "Keep that Spark alive. Until this Spark is alive in U, you live life enthusiastickly. Once this Spark is down, life becomes pond, a still pond."
